Dave is mad as hell, and he's not going to take it anymore!  Unfortunately, Dave is having problems with a contractor who took a sizeable deposit and is now ghosting him. Dave talks about the situation and the steps he's taken to no avail.  Renovations have finished for Lucy the Elephant. The boys discuss what they think would be a huge moneymaker - a slide chute ride out Lucy's backside. And passing by the Shore Mall (it will always be the SHORE MALL) it was very bittersweet to see the Towne 16 completely demolished. So, out with the old and in with the new.
